Good tidings, BH people!!
Being a company that puts priority on the health and safety of its personnel, BH Electronics now forms its own recreational club, and named it “FUN CLUB”! We want your life in BHE not to be tiresome but be of fun yet wholesome. You are our treasures and it is the duty of BH to make sure you stay fit. Therefore, people, let’s get together and start shaking our booties in our Zumba workout! Hey, you don’t have to love exercise or know how to dance Zumba! The extraordinary Zumba workout is all about fun! Let come and get to know who shakes the best booties on the following dates:
Zumba Workout – 5.30pm ~ 6.30pm (every Friday)
Well, we are aware too that there are some of us who find shaking our booties is a ******** thing to do so we get ready an ever popular ball game for those of us – Sepak Takraw! Any better choice? None, of course. Takraw trains every muscle there is in the body and sets your eye-limb coordination in line. No need to run to the tyre shop to tune your limbs. Sepak Takraw does it well for you. You must be eager to tune your coordination now. Here’s when we do it:
Sepak Takraw – 5.30 ~ 6.30pm (every Friday)
Yes, both events run concurrently. No, you don’t have to participate in both but do both if you’re a real exercise buff! Yes, you have to wear appropriate exercise attire. No, no sandals, no slippers, no high-heels, only sneakers and shoes safe for sports. Yes, you will feel different after these; you may even look different! No, you are not charged any fee. Best of all you gain the followings at no further cost to your pockets:
- Form closer relationship with your fellow colleagues from all different departments
- Improve leadership out of the office/working areas
- To have healthier body and enjoying the fun together with your colleagues and friends
- Relaxing your minds and body after daily hectic working schedule in office and production
